Company Structure and Legal Framework
The operator of Batery is a company registered in Curaçao. Its subsidiary Adyenda LTD, registered in Cyprus, acts as a payment agent and processes certain transactions. All activities are governed by the laws of Curaçao, where the main company is registered.
Legal issues, disputes, and liability are structured based on this international legal system. Despite the availability of the platform in India, users from India should be aware that all financial and legal relationships are subject to the jurisdiction of Curaçao.
Registration and Account Requirements
To access Batery services, users must register and create an account. Registration is only allowed for persons over 18 years of age. Valid personal information such as full name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid e-mail address must be provided. The user must also select a unique username and password.
The brand requires proof of identity and age. The account may be suspended if the documents are not provided. Citizens of the USA, UK, Cyprus, Netherlands, Iran, and North Korea are not allowed to open accounts.
Users are also required to confirm that they are not professional athletes in the events available for betting. Accounts of individuals suspected of betting on behalf of others or engaging in criminal activity may be blocked.
Game and Betting Rules
All users are obliged to comply with the betting and gaming rules. The company reserves the right to cancel prizes, bonuses, or jackpots if fraud is suspected. In such cases, the brand may freeze the account and return the funds to the original payment method.
If there is a suspicion of a betting match, the company may suspend all payouts. This includes checking incoming bets and analyzing behavior patterns to identify suspicious activity.
Legal Responsibilities of the User
Indian users are reminded that betting laws vary from region to region. Batery emphasizes that it is the user’s sole responsibility to comply with the laws of their state or territory. The company does not provide legal or tax advice and is not responsible for any violation of local laws by users.
Multiple Accounts and Use of Data
Each user is allowed to have only one account. If several accounts are created, all of them may be blocked, and only one account corresponding to the user’s country of residence will be left. The gambling site or Batery Bet app uses automated systems to store and process personal information.
All Batery services, terms, and systems are protected by copyright. Any unauthorized use or copying is strictly prohibited.
Communication and Promotional Offers
The Company reserves the right to contact users by telephone and e-mail to inform them of promotions and new products. These communications are part of the marketing strategy and may occur periodically.
Dispute Resolution
All disputes or claims relating to bets must be filed within five days of the event. They will be heard by the court of Curaçao, unless otherwise stated by law. In case of discrepancies between the language versions of the terms and conditions, the English version takes precedence.
Refunds and User Obligations
In rare cases, Batery may issue refunds, but only in the event of an error or if funds were transferred from unauthorized sources. Refund requests must be submitted within 180 days. Users may be asked to provide proof of identity before a refund is approved.
Accepted verification documents include:
- A valid passport or driver’s license;
- Utility bill or bank statement;
- Selfies with proof of identity;
- A photo of the bank card used for the deposit.
All refunds, where possible, are sent by the same payment method used for the deposit.
Verification Process and Security
Batery conducts verification procedures, which may include video calls, uploading documents, and comparing the data provided. In case of discrepancies between the user’s data and the real identity, the company reserves the right to cancel bets and refuse to pay out winnings. The process may take from 15 minutes to 24 hours. During this time, restrictions may be imposed on the account.
